WEDDINGS

Have your dream celebration and save your piggy bank!

Our outdoor venue adjusts to your needs. Book a 3 hour window for an elopement, a half day for a small family wedding, or a full day for a large scale celebration.

  • We accommodate gatherings of up to 100 people - in some circumstances more.

  • When Pigs Fly event venue is open for bookings April 1st through October 31st.

  • Events may be scheduled 7 days a week during June, July, and August.

  • Events are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during spring and fall months.

  • Now booking for 2025 and 2026!

Pricing is variable - based on the block of time you require & services you desire.

  • You can pay simply for the use of the property which allows you to gather your guests, conduct your ceremony, take pictures of your lovely wedding venue, have convenient parking and access to comfort facilities.

  • You can also invite the maximum number of guests, promenade to your chosen ceremony site under a flower covered arbor or on a platform, enjoy dining and dancing under a large tent with your own caterer and band, take memorable photos in multiple picturesque areas, have ample parking and a parking attendant, and access to comfort facilities.

  • Anything in-between also works! We can easily adjust to your needs.

The Particulars

  • Elopement bookings can be arranged with as little as 72 hours notice. Wedding celebrations requiring chairs, tables or a tent require booking 3-4 weeks in advance of your ceremony date.

  • Our simplest 3 hour booking starts at $950 and a typical small wedding (under 75 people) with maximum facility use starts at $5500.

  • Bookings require a non-refundable 40% deposit to reserve your date.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Create a memory and mark a milestone - whether a anniversary, birthday, graduation or memorial/life celebration. When Pigs Fly Events provides the backdrop for your important moments.

  • Gather your community in a circle of chairs under our canopy of native trees.

  • Light a bonfire and dance under the stars.

  • Connect with friends and family - or colleagues and clients - around a game of Corn Hole, a grill and a cooler.

  • Meander around our pond and, with an appointment, you can go next door to the organic flower farm BLOOM WNC. Pick farm fresh organic flowers that capture our areas color and natural beauty. Perfect for providing your own table arrangements!

  • Special Events can be a simple several hour affair that focus primarily on the natural offerings of our gathering space. They can also be day long events that utilize all of our facilities. SPACE RENTAL

Need space for co-workers to connect and build synergy? When Pigs Fly Events can be just the venue to inspire creative collaboration for a corporate retreat or mindfulness for a wellness retreat.

  • Remove distractions, increase your team cohesion and productivity.

  • Set up your yoga mats between two ponds, listen to the wind and find your breath again.

  • Gather to share with your writing, book or creative arts group.

  • Space Rental can be a simple gathering that is focused on utilizing our natural outdoor venue. It can also be a day(s) long event that utilize all of our facilities. POLICIES

Contract for Event Space Includes:

*breezeway on side of barn for caterers, *outdoor kitchen sink & grills, *walk around the large pond, *meadow for parking, *grassy space in front of barn & dance floor under tree canopy & vista spot by pond, *Porta John area behind barn, *hose set up by back of barn 

Please Note:

Pond is off limits for wading, swimming, boating, or fishing.
